More info has been revealed in the first gameplay footage for Accel World vs. Sword Art Online during a recent live stream. The crossover will put characters from the series against each other and have them working together when it hits PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan on March 16, 2017. No details on an English release yet.
Over 30+ playable characters will be included in the full game, and as an added bonus for pre-orders costumes from the Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale movie will be available.
This is a major collaboration. I can’t believe you get to pick from 30 characters to play from.
