Capcom has released an extended trailer for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite during a rebroadcast of Capcom Cup 2016 where it introduced Captian America and Morrigan to the game’s roster.
The two fighters join the previously confirmed crew of Ryu, Mega Man X, Iron Man, and Captain Marvel. Just when it looked like Mega Man X was going to get a good action scene in…his moves were cut short. Mega Man X isn’t getting a lot of love in this game as he’s scene constantly taking a beating along with not having any flashy moves compared to the other characters. And Morrigan’s moves were out of this world, literally.
One of the game’s critiques or motifs is the game’s fast paced fighting scenes. Which is a pleasant surprise, however, they might have had to adjust the health bars to conteract the fact that each match would end at a much faster pace.
Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is expected to be released in late 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
